Meeting Topics: Deerfield's HOA, New Oak Park HOA Management Software (EasyHOA), and Proposed Changes to Oak Park Estates Covenants/Bylaws

Dear Oak Park Estates Homeowners,

Please plan to attend this upcoming meeting of the Oak Park Estates Homeowners Association. Your participation is crucial as we will be discussing several significant matters that will impact our community.

The agenda for this meeting will include:

1. **Developments in Deerfield HOA:** We will provide an update on the current status of the proceedings in Deerfield and their HOA. We will also discuss the implications and costs for our community if the Deerfield HOA efforts are not successful.

2. **Oak Park Estates' New HOA web site and service:** We will show and talk about a new web service that has been implemented to improve communication, streamline processes, enhance our ability to manage HOA affairs, and provide benefits to the residents.

3. **Proposed Changes to Covenants and Bylaws:** This is a critical item on our agenda. We will be presenting very important proposed changes to our Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) and Bylaws. These changes require homeowner review and sign off. We urge all homeowners to attend to understand these proposed amendments. Please attend to have your voice count!
